Bring your whole family, including your precious pooch, to the beautiful New Jersey shore for a fun vacation! Nicely decorated 4 bedroom, 2 full bath townhome just three blocks from the beach and one block from tennis, basketball and a playground. The house is located near the west end of 40th Street, near 4th Avenue.
The first floor has three bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with 2 twin beds, one with 2 queen beds and a TV) and 1 full bathroom with a double vanity and shower. The second floor has the Primary bedroom (king bed and TV), 1 full bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, mounted 42' HD flat panel TV, sectional sofa and 2 dining tables. Sliding doors open to a deck with a dining table and 10 chairs. The yard is fully fenced. The backyard has a nice outdoor shower and a large deck with 3 teak lounge chairs, 2 Acapulco chairs and a gas grill.
This house is dog-friendly. Although the house is thoroughly cleaned between renters, if you or your family members have pet allergies, you should consider another house.
Rental includes 8 seasonal beach tags and 8 beach cruisers for use during stay.

Summary: We loved the house! There was plenty of seating in both the family room and kitchen, and the outdoor space was wonderful. We really appreciated the location, as well as the bikes, beach tags, and beach chairs.

Summary: We were there for our son's wedding. We were able to travel with our dogs knowing they were safe & comfortable 10 minutes down the street from wedding venue. Our family had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

Summary: Home was super clean with great location and amenities! Property owner was very responsive and answered our questions. Near to beach, bay and restaurants. Our dog also enjoyed the balcony watching passers by and nice breeze. We highly recommend this property!

Summary: Fabulous property! Had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed playing the games provided and riding the bikes into town and to the beach. Close enough to town but far away enough to have some solitude. Would not know that this property allowed dogs because the house was very clean and no dog smell was present. Would definitely come back.

Summary: My family absolutely adored this lovely, cozy home, in such a convenient location. It was the perfect winter getaway for us, and we were so grateful that our little pup could join us! Summary: Well equipped spacious home. Easy for our group and the enclosed yard worked well for our furry family member. Easy walk to town and beach entrance was only a 3 block walk. The outdoor shower is always a treat.
